We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Dermalure product, return it to us for a refund.

Please note:
– A 25% Return Fee applies if the product has been opened and used.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
– Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to receive a refund.

Eligibility for Returns:
– Must be within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
– Item must be securely sealed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
– Products that are intimate, sanitary goods, or have leaked are not accepted.
– Proof of purchase is required.

Return Procedure:
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting customer service at [email protected].
2. Once you have the RMA, return the product within 15 days.
3. List the RMA number outside the packaging.
4. Email us the tracking number of your return.

Refunds:
– Upon receipt and inspection, returns are processed within 3 business days.
– An email will confirm the receipt of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund.
– For opened and used products: Returns must not exceed one-third of the bottleโ€™s size to be eligible for a refund; otherwise, a 50% return fee will apply.
– We conduct thorough inspections of opened and used products to ensure they have not been tampered with and that their pH levels remain within specified limits.
– Approved refunds are credited to your original method of payment.

Returned, Refused Packages / Unclaimed or Incorrect Shipping Address:
– If a package is returned due to an address error, refusal, or because it was unclaimed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned package. Please note that shipping fees will be excluded from the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:
– Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.

Sale Items:
– Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are not.

Exchanges:
